I can’t hear the beeps

First turn up your phone’s volume with the side buttons. Then check with Settings → Sound → “Test sound”; if needed, raise “Beep volume” and make sure “Beeps” is on.

Does the timer keep running when my phone is locked?

Yes. Time, phase and round show on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, and the beeps keep playing.

I counted an extra round by mistake

“Undo” on the timer screen removes the last tap. Taps less than 2 seconds apart are never counted anyway.

Where is my data? What happens if I change phones?

Everything stays only on your phone; there is no account. Move to a new phone with your phone’s own backup. You can also keep your results as a CSV file with Settings → My data → “Export results”.

How do I delete all my data?

Settings → My data → Delete all data. Your results and presets are removed permanently.
